Christian Wedding Services
Every wedding I officiate is built from the same set of services. Pick what fits the day you are planning, and we will shape the rest together.
Wedding officiation
Traditional, contemporary, or somewhere in between. We will design a Christian service that honors your families and reflects who the two of you are becoming. I am happy to incorporate scripture readings of your choice, communion, or a charge from your pastor.
Commitment ceremonies
Vow renewals and faith-based commitment services for couples who want to mark a milestone — an anniversary, a return to faith, or a new chapter — with a service before God and witnesses.
Vow writing coaching
Two one-on-one sessions to help each of you draft, refine, and rehearse your vows. We start from your story, not a template, and end with vows you will be proud to say out loud.
Full ceremony planning
Processional order, readings, music cues, transitions between segments, unity rituals, and the spoken parts of the service. I draft a complete script and revise it with you until every line feels right.
Rehearsal direction
I lead the rehearsal the evening before the wedding so the wedding party knows exactly where to walk, when to stand, and how the service flows. Most rehearsals run about an hour.
License signing & filing
Illinois requires the officiant to sign and return the marriage license within ten days. I take care of this for you so the legal side of the wedding is finished before the honeymoon begins.

I officiate Christian weddings for opposite-sex couples across every branch of Christianity. Out of conviction, I do not officiate same-sex marriages or ceremonies of other faiths — and I will happily refer you to someone who can serve you well if that is what you are looking for.
